The Atlantic Research of Supernatural Entities (A.R.S.E.) is a Ghost Hunting Society. When Satchel thought that the Wilco Apartment was haunted as he had often seen yellow eyes glowing in the dark and scratching, gravelly sounds,[1] he called A.R.S.E. to investigate. They caught a recording of Mac's voice, saying "Cor, 'ere's a ropey wee yoofo, innit? And nowt else around? Bit dicky mint..."[2] and thought it was the babbling of an ancient spirit. They eventually found that Satchel was just mistaking Bucky's behavior for supernatural activity.

Only two unnamed members of A.R.S.E. are known.
- One is bald, and wore an orange jacket for most of the storyline.
- One has black hair, and was the one who mistook Mac's voice for that of a ghost, saying he didn't even recognize the language.
